DOVO Solingen was founded in 1906 and is an independent German company, based in Solingen. They are a manufacturer of scissors and shaving equipment such as straight razors and safety razors.
Razor Specs:
- This is a lovely razor. Full Hollow ground so should suit most shavers.
- Blade depth is 6/8
- Rounded point so ideal if new to straight razor shaving.
- Carbon steel blade.
- 24 carat gold rendering on tag and spine. Gorgeous.
Your new Dovo Razor is honed and stropped ready to use straight out of the box. It will be fine for a good few shaves but will need stropping at some point to polish the cutting edge.
